During your first appointment we will discuss whatever has triggered you to seek help as well as taking a comprehensive medical history to determine whether osteopathy is appropriate for you.

 

You may be asked to undress appropriately for the examination - please wear shorts or leggings if it makes you feel more comfortable!

Any subsequent appointments will always begin with a review of how you have been. Treatment may involve a exercise or lifestyle prescription or onward referral if there are signs and symptoms that warrant further or urgent investigation.

Where necessary you will receive follow up emails with exercise prescription and a summary of your appointment.

Payment may be made by cash, card or cheque.
